Unique pieces of a container that aim to embody a timeless classic within modernity. The piece is defined by essential and rigorous lines reminiscent of the 1970s and deeply connected to past sensations. Its sculptural presence and versatility in various settings allow the different modules to be arranged in a multiple, spacious, and entirely personal configuration. The pure and geometric volumes serve as a backdrop to the artisanal refinement of surface treatment.
The surface is inspired by the aged leather covering of 1920s overseas travel trunks. The cementitious resin coating, treated with imprinting, has been sprinkled with precious metal powders such as gold, copper, and bronze, all handcrafted to create chromatic and textural effects that give rise to true monolithic sculptures.
The texture has been chosen as trait d'union of the design intent for a timeless container inspired by the 1960s decorations of the architect Giò Ponti. It is an expression of discreet luxury that unfolds in a series of furniture with essential lines and iconic pieces.
